1. Reservations and Confirmation

To guarantee your stay, all reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of payment or credit card guarantee. Availability is subject to written confirmation from our team.
Arrival and departure details, and any special requirements, must be communicated at the time of booking or as far in advance as possible.

2. Payment and Cancellation Policies

The rates offered are expressed in the currency indicated on our website or confirmation (e.g., USD or ARS) and may be subject to variation depending on the season or applicable taxes.
In case of cancellation or modification, charges will apply according to the specific booking policy:

• Cancellations made in advance (according to the agreed date): no penalty.

• Cancellations within a period shorter than agreed: percentage according to season policy or rate type.

• Failure to appear (no-show): may result in the total loss of the amount paid.

We recommend having travel insurance that covers cancellations and weather or medical emergencies.

3. Check-in and Check-out Times

• Check-in: from 3:00 PM (or the time indicated in the confirmation).

• Check-out: until 11:00 am (departures after that time may incur an additional charge).

These schedules allow for the proper preparation of rooms and services for all our guests.

4. Use of Facilities

To ensure the peace and comfort of all guests:

• All interior areas are smoke-free. Tobacco use is only permitted in outdoor or designated areas.

• Access to facilities such as spa, gym or common rooms may be subject to rules discussed at reception.

• Excessive noise or behavior that disturbs the stay of other guests may result in termination of the stay without a refund.

5. Pets

Pet policies are defined on a case-by-case basis for each accommodation:

• In some cases Animals are not allowed., except for specific exceptions (e.g., assistance companions).

• If pets are allowed, additional charges and cohabitation requirements may apply (owner's responsibility for care and cleaning).

6. Responsibility for Personal Items

We recommend using the safe available in the rooms to store valuables.
The accommodation is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to belongings left unattended in the room or common areas.
